U.S. Small Business Subcontractor Partners

Cangene Corporation has entered contracts with the U.S. government that require Cangene to award certain percentages of its sub-contracts to various categories of small businesses.

To this obligation Cangene actively seeks to identify small businesses that are capable of performing the necessary sub-contract work. In addition, of particular interest are certain sub-categories of small businesses, including: woman-owned small business concerns; small business concerns owned and controlled by socially and economically disadvantaged individuals; veteran-owned small business concerns; small business concerns owned by service-disabled veterans; and HUBZone small business concerns.

We are also particularly interested in small businesses classified under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes of 325414 and 541710.

Do I Qualify As A Small Business?
In general, only U.S.-based, for-profit corporations may qualify as a small business for purposes of U.S. government procurement.
