WinRho® SDF, is a Rho (D) Immune Globulin (Human) that is licensed
for two distinct indications; the prevention of hemolytic
disease of the newborn (HDN) and the treatment of immune
thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP).
WinRho® SDF incorporates a solvent detergent step in its manufacturing
process validated to inactivate lipid-enveloped viruses
such as Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and HIV. WinRho® SDF is nano-filtered using a 20nm virus filter, which
is validated for removing non-lipid-enveloped viruses,
such as Hepatitis A and B-19 parvovirus. |
