Cangene's Research and Development group is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Incorporating research, full product/process development and non-clinical/clinical skill sets, this experienced group is responsible for discovering and/or developing innovative therapeutic products and technologies, and taking them through to the clinic. The research and development team takes a collaborative approach with internal and external stakeholders to identify viable commercial opportunities. It focuses on early-stage evaluation and development of new products as well as process scale-up, assay development and validation in later stages.
